We made a pit stop and stayed for lunch. The she crap soup was very tasty with a hint of sherry. My son had the crab cake which was grilled to perfection with more lump crab, no filler and all flavor. The BBQ pork sandwich was perfect as well with Just enough BBQ sauce to make your mouth sing... read more

I make the trip from Coastal Georgia up to the Delaware beaches fairly regularly and have eaten at this restaurant many times. I cannot understand all the great reviews it gets. I can only surmise that reviewers are overcome with the originality of eating on a little island where the bridge meets the tunnel. Or maybe they are blinded by... More

We had breakfast here. The turn into to restaurant (traveling from the eastern shore to Norfolk) was a little sharp. The food and service were amazing. Highly recommended

Stopped for lunch on our way home. The view is great. It was a bright sunny day and it was enjoyable to watch everything go by. The food was decent, and so are the prices. The she crab soup was very good. The service was good also. I would have no problem stopping the next time I am crossing the... More

We had a lovely lunch here whilst doing a novelty drive over the Bay Bridge Tunnel. Loved walking on the pier after lunch and nearly getting blown back to Australia!! Kids loved watching ships pass through channel whilst eating. Great day out.

1st off let me say I do not send back food... Not ever! You don't mess with the people that handle your food. So I'll leave my mixed review here and say that some of us enjoyed and some did not. Do not get an omelet... It is over cooked. We are now lovingly referring to it as "egg jerky".... More

This stop for lunch was the day's highlight. The food and beverages were first rate. We had sandwiches and soups (she crab and clam chowder) and local craft beer. Everything was terrific. The server, Brittany, was delightful with her knowledge, helpfulness, wit, and charm. Another welcoming staff member was Lynn. Valuable assets to the operation. Also met an employee of... More

A friend suggested when we go over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, stop and have lunch or dinner at this place and said the food was good. Boy was he wrong, the food was amazing! We had the BEST EVER CRAB CAKES AND CLAM CHOWDER we had ever eaten! Our server Brittany was fantastic with her adorable Texas twang and great... More

We never miss stopping here when traveling over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. The view is amazing. There is usually something happening that will catch your attention. The restaurant is clean and offers a wonderful view of the bay and the fishing pier. The food is outstanding.. We have enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and snacks on many trips. The staff is... More

Hardest thing about getting to this place is the U-turn entrance if one is heading southbound. Just be ready coming out of the second tunnel to ditch some speed! That said, it's worth a stop. In addition to the good food, the gift shop is a treasure trove. The sit down dining area is well-decorated, and the times we've been... More
