We would also add our congratulations to Antonis and Anita on receiving the prestigious Time Out award in Nicosia in recognition of their superb taverna in Letymbou, Paphos. This taverna is simply the best of the best!

We go to Cyprus every year to see dear friends and it wouldn't be the same without a visit or two to see Anita and Tony. A hard working couple who put everything in to making a visit to their taverna an experience.

We eat here weekly with friends and can honestly say have never had a bad meal. Antonis and Anita are wonderful hosts and fully deserve the success that this taverna has. I usually have the pork chop, an experience not to be missed when you visit. We look forward to many happy nights there next year when we return. Steve... More

Excellent food, excellent location and Anita and Antonis are lovely. We eat here at lease once a month as it is the nearest village to where we live. We have never been disappointed. See you again soon.

We called in for lunch on our way to Paphos Airport and we are glad we did. The food was excellent. I had moussaka and my wife had beef stifado. We were given a tasty coconut cake with the compliments of the, oh so beautiful, owner Anita. The price, with drinks, was a very reasonable €24.00. Give it a try,... More

My husband and I went on a Friday evening, not realising that every Friday evening here is the local Cypriot night. We enjoyed great local food, and typical Cypriot dancing and music. The hosts Tony and Anita are really lovely people and make you feel really welcome. Good tip - you must book - we got the last table at... More

We have visited Letymbou Tavern several times since our latest visit to Cyprus, taking friends as well to try the really excellent selection of dishes on the menu. Food and service brilliant, we particularly recommend the moussaka and Chicken a la Creme, really delicious!

We visited the Letymbou Taverna for the first time yesterday and came away greatly impressed with the quality of food presented to us, and the unobtrusively friendly nature of the staff. Although about a 30-mins drive for us it was well worth the effort.

Perfect food at a reasonable price, plus lovely wine. Have been several times and had different dishes each time. Each time each dish was perfectly cooked, and hot. The Greek music night should not be missed, a really great night out, but you must book, we had a Meze the evening we went with our friends, 20 courses all piping... More
