A Buzz!

My other half had a craving for a cream tea, so we buzzed down to the Bee Farm. Good - A very pleasant spot, very friendly staff & owners, and a wide range of food on offer. A range of cream tea options to choose from and good value they are too. Could be better - The toasted sandwich was... read more

I always bring travelling guests here and just recently some friends from California came with me to sample High tea with scones and jam. We all loved it. Great people, Sudi and Chris always make sure of a great welcome. Good menu, all freshly cooked so wait for the best, don't be impatient, all good things take their time. Will... More

I recently attended this delightful place, totally off the beaten track, down a small country lane, a quaint farmshop selling honey products. there is also a café that does breakfasts. I had the ploughmans lunch, and I must say the vibrant colours were an immediate delight, the freshness of the salad was great, warm bagette and a large variety of... More

Thank you so much for your excellent review. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your food and your experience here. I must correct you on one thing though, for the benefit of others. We have millions of honeybees and lots of hives here, we are an 18 acre sight, and we breed bees for conservation purposes. We only keep... More

Thank you for this very good review, we are pleased you enjoyed our beautiful setting and our menu and food. We are only about 200 yards from the main Lower Road in Brambledown- it just feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, because it is so rural. It takes less than 3 minutes to get to us, from... Today we celebrated our twins 40th birthday at this beautiful venue. Where else can you go to get such a beautiful setting, excellent service and entertained by their musical talent. It was a perfect day. Thank you Chris, Saudi and girls. We all had a fabulous time.

Another great breakfast at Flynns Bee Farm. Even as a regular visitor, you get a warm welcome. Breakfast is always cooked to order. The farm is only a couple of hundred yards from the main road, but it's so quiet here, a great place to relax.

Warm welcome and lovely cream teas. There was a guitarist serenading the visitors in the marquee. He was certainly all wrapped up as although it was sunny a bit blowy! Pottery, jewellery and cream (not edible sort) for sale. Seems to be a real family concern. Only negative was finding it as up a dirt track! There is a sign... More
