What an amazing building the restaurant is set in. The appearance of the restaurant is very modern but comfortable and is set in an old church. The staff are very helpful, very knowledgeable on the dishes. I went with my wife and we have the fuit of the loch platter which contains a mixture of warm and cold seafood, you... More

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and delicious food. Try their breakfast menu for a twist on regular staples such as smoked haddock eggs benedict - you'll not be disappointed.

Wow. Don't understand how this place has any negative reviews at all. We went on a wet, winter's Wednesday , and were immediately greeted with warmth. Fantastic staff. The food was amazing. I can't really say more than that... All of the seafood was beautifully fresh, the steaks cooked exactly as ordered, and the sides were equally fantastic. Compliments to... More

We went here this week with friends for a lunchtime meal. We opted for the special menu which was very good value at £12.95 each. There was plenty of choice with about 4 starters, and main courses to choose from and about 3 or 4 desserts. I opted for the cullen skink to start with, a creamy soup with smoked... More

I have visited this Restaurant ( old Church) great ambience . I was welcomed by a friendly blonde male mid 30's manager which promptly acknowledged our booking and took to our table. Our waitress Jenny was friendly and welcoming me . I had the tempura squid which was just perfect ( some place you get that rubber feel, thankfully not... More

A big barn of a converted church but very tastefully designed. It's nice ... Very but it was cold...very! So wrap up warm.?there is a very good value lunchtime special with a few choices. The food was reasonably good but not exceptional. The bread was delicious and possibly baked in house. Unfortunately it was very quiet on Saturday 3rd January... More

Being New Year's Eve the restaurant had a set menu. The seafood platter (one tier hot and the other cold) was vaguely described on the menu regarding pricing so we asked the waiter. He went off and returned to say the wording was incorrect, forget it and he even scribbled out the subtext for the platter. When we came to... More

A surprise meal for my boyfriend, booked by his Dad. We called at 2.30 on 3.1.15 and agreed that the place looks amazing but it was chilly, maybe because the place was not full. He chose the place because 1 of the party did not each fish & the restaurant catered for both, however for a total fish hater it... More
