Fantastic Culinary Journey BUT...

...but the service and ambiance hardly match it! We had lunch, had we been seated in the main dining room I might have thought otherwise, but sitting out at the poorly shaded terrace in July heat and served at an unpredictable pace.

I've seen some negative reviews about this place recently, well all I can do is relate our experience. The food we had was ok except the beef (steak) that was hardly chewable. We started with goose liver paté, and young cheese with honey and nuts. Each dish is extremely simple which is refreshing. I'd say this is a restaurant to try if you're getting a bit bored with the perfect foams and gels and 20 ingredient dishes served at other michelin places.
