Authentic Spanish Food

The restaurant is inside a Spanish (not Latin American) grocery store. The service is good and the food is authentic. Good Sangria and the Pulpo Gallega (Octopus) appetizer melts in your mouth and is a must try.

The place is definitely a must for those who love to try exotic cuisine. The Spanish have made tapas/appetizer dining an art - and for a good reason. Totally recommend going with a cold cuts and manchego cheese tapa, and try the chipirones. Pair it with a wine or have the friendly owner suggest something. The staff is always ready... More

I was in Doral for a conference and just happened upon this resturant while looking for a different place to eat. It was within walking distance of the Intercontinal Hotel. We split the octopus marinated in a vinagrette, charcuterie platter, and Seafood Paella and 2 pitchers of Sangria and almond cake for dessert. It was all wonderful authentic spanish food.... More

We found this restaurant in a hotel brochure. Got to the restaurant at lunch time and they had an incredible giant paella for lunch. Both my husband and I had the paella for lunch it was excellent! Went back for breakfast the next day and had the tortilla- that was also superb!. Just sorry we found this restaurant just before... More

We have been to this place many times, and at last the place seems to be gaining in popularity. On our most recent visit there were six or eight tables occupied, compared to one or two on prior visits. This is a restaurant cum grocery and the emphasis is on Spanish food - from Spain. We have had perfectly cooked... More

We have been coming here for several years, the food is consistently good. We come about 5 times a year since we live about 45 minutes from the restaurant, however we always go to Miami to take care of some errands. We enjoyed the tapas, paella, boquerones, jamon serrano, manchego cheese plate, croquettes etc., along with sangria. Most of the... More

With my husband being cuban/spanish, he's introduced me to cuisines that I had never had before. Brisa De Espana is a yearly FAVORITE for me. It's about a 45 minute drive and we often go on Dec 23rd (husband's birthday). It's the only thing that he asks for each year (getting his family together for a nice meal at Brisa... More

The food was good. I had the fried cod fish which was the special of the day. It came with a soup which was delicious, and a dessert. I tried their homemade croquettes which were amazing as well. The restaurant is very entertaining because of all the memorabilia that surrounds it. They sell a lot of Spanish merchandise and goods... More

What a great find! Our mushroom appetizer was delightful, the paella was amazing, and the chocolate pudding dessert was ok. I might have been to full to enjoy the dessert though.

We actually had no expectations that the food would taste authentic, so we were pleasantly surprised. It's a small/quaint place that has a little Spanish tienda on one side. We enjoyed looking as well as shopping for hard-to-find items like Magno bath gel. We had Spanish tortillas as well as some really awesome dessert with cafe con leche. Honestly, it... More
