Can't speak to the food as a 10 minute wait where we were given the option of sitting at a dirty table or a really tiny "clean" table resulted in 1) barely anyone acknowledging us 2) no menu provided 3) nope nothing... Must be a tourist trap where people go once and never again. The restaurant wasn't that busy, more... More

Each crepe took about 15 minutes to make and the cost was a little steep but I do admit that they were delicious. I prefer the savory crepes compared to the sweet ones. The staff were very friendly and nice as well.

We were new to crepes, but what a wonderful experience! A friend who visits Elora every year recommended Cafe Creperie as the best place in town. We weren't disappointed. My husband and I ordered two different entrees (Chef Specialty with chicken and Mediterranean). Both were excellent. Each came with a side salad. The vegetables were very fresh and tasty. We... More

Thanks so much for reviewing us Laurie! We're so glad you took time to do this. And we are very glad you enjoyed your crepes. It does take a little longer as we are just a little café but we do it with care and we are so glad you thought it was "worth it"! We hope to see you... More

Exceptional food, service and location. The Cafe is situated right in the heart of town and faces a beautiful park. It is more then just a snack or desert, with a beautiful menu that compliments the creativity and soul of the cafe, it is like a little piece of heaven that you can share with your friends. Can't wait until... More

I have been coming to Cafe Creperie since it's opening, and have never received anything but a warm welcome, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. I went the past long weekend, not knowing there was a festival going on in Elora at the time, and still received outstanding service and food despite the busy crowds. The food is always delicious,... This restaurant has a perfect location, on a historic street, across from the new, lovely corner park. I had a specialty crepe, with chicken and cheese, which was very good. My partner had a shrimp salad, which was small and average. The disorganized service was frustrating and interfered with the overall experience. The service was slow, no one told us... More

Thank you very much for taking time to review our little Creperie. We are very glad you enjoyed your crepe – we do take pride in making traditional French crepes with quality fresh ingredients. Regarding your comment about the shrimp salad, “small and average”; we do appreciate hearing your feedback. It does not sound as though the salad was portioned... More

Once upon a time, a quite nice restaurant called the Desert Rose, stood in the space now occupied by the Creperie. The idea of being able to get both savoury and sweet crepes in its stead seemed attractive but we were very disappointed. Service was very slow and after waiting for delivery of sweet crepes with ice cream on the... More

A few weeks ago, we wanted an early diner/supper. Phoned the restaurant, and asked what time they closed. Supposed to be 8 they said, but earlier tonight ( slow day). So what about 6, we said. Better half past 5 was the counter. Friend got there at 5.25. Ignored. No menu, no water-- got her own-- was warm. I arrived... More

Thank you for your review on Trip Advisor. I’m sorry I missed this earlier. I do recall that evening and your visit. As Elora is a tourist town most shops will close earlier when activity is low. It is the nature of this area. We do realize that this can be frustrating for visitors. I too, coming from a larger... More

We visited for breakfast and the crepes were out of this world tasty. We enjoyed the buckwheat gluten free savoury crepe. You can watch your crepe being created as the area they are made in can be viewed by customers. The server was knowledgable and friendly we took her up on her recommendations that she made for our table?

As always, we appreciate your feedback. Thank you. Glad to know we served you the "best crepes you ever had". Thanks for recommending us to others.
