Thumbs up!

Amazing food! I've never been disapointed with the food at this restaurant. Love the bring-your-own wine which is unsual for NB.

General: Le Moulin à Café (which sounds a lot like 'Le moulin à papier' the defunct IP paper mill around which the town of Dalhousie was built) is a small family business started in the family home of the Boudreau family (the same family who owned a large department store on Adelaide Street in Dalhousie, just across the old Post... Uhm, what can I say about this little restaurant? AMAZING!! The food there is homemade from scratch and is unique! Depending what you order and how many people are there to eat, at times, you may wait but it is so worth it! Their desserts, well, let's just say you need to try it. If you have a sweet tooth,... Any time I pass through Charlo I stop at Moulin a Cafe. You honestly can't go wrong with anything on their menu, because it's all delicious. Dessert after the main course is a must! I love the atmosphere as well. There service is always great!

This restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is amazing and everyone is very friendly. I would definitely recommend the Mexican wrap (which is really 3 wraps) and any of their desserts including the carrot cake or sugar pie.

This is a little jewel of a restaurant that made the best fish chowders and home made desserts. Bought some dessert to bring to family and the pastry was light and delicious. This is a small place with a few places to eat outside, very casual but very good! Friendly people who were very helpful working here!

Went for lunch with my aunt and we raved about it all day ~ I had pan seared salmon with spinach fettucine and snow peas. The flavors combined together in that meal will ensure that we return soon. Thank you for the great food and friendly service!!!
