We came to the north shore all the way from Alberta to get married. I was recommended to eat here by a old friend and let me tell you we were not disappointed, we returned 3 times but one of the days ( Monday) they were closed. This is a little gem of a restaurant, even better then most places in... More

I have been in the area several times but found all the food of poor quality. When the Cafe was recommended by several locals I went there win 3 others. All of us loved the food. Worthy of any urban high end restaurant. They use local fresh ingredients. We went several times during our stay and I can say that... More

Hubby and I went on a Friday night, menu is small, but you should always take the special of the day... No matter what it is, just take it and you will be pleasantly surprised! We brought our own bottle of wine, had 2 specials and shared the best piece of coconut pie ever, for 48$. What a gem, should... More

Lovely setting with view of Bay. Warm hospitality, big smiles, attentive service. All fresh, tasty. Gumbo just right amount of spice, lots of shrimp-lobster-scallop. Lovingly warmed raspberry pie with tasty fresh brewed coffee. Interior is nostalgic, but that's okay. I give this place a five star because everyone who puts that much effort into what they deliver deserves it, and... More

Best bet is to get their daily specials. All wraps are good, pizza is the heaviest per square inch on the planet. Be aware this is not a fancy spot. Elbow room is limited when it's a full house( almost every day) Ate here about a dozen time and will definetely return.

Now I understand why some people find excuses to come to northeastern New Brunswick just so they can eat at the Moulin à Café restaurant. I had seen it there on route 134, the small highway which parallels the main Highway 11 and connects the towns like Campbellton, Dalhousie, Eel River, Charlo, and so on, but I thought it only... I usually have the seafood chowder, because once you try it you you won't want anything else; however we tried the pizza for a change and were pleasantly surprised. Great dough, and delicious toppings. It is smal inside, but I think that it adds to the charm of the place. The staff were all pleasant and the chef came out... More
