I made reservations for dinner for two but after finding this very helpful website I called and politely canceled. I had first spoke with an understanding staff member who kindly accepted my cancelation. But within minutes the Restaurant called back and a new voice strongly denied being on this website at all. I was very rudely talked over, and the... More

Lunch on May 28, 2014 Good lunch, good service, relaxed atmosphere, clean, prompt. Name change - now called DAN'S FAMILY DINER! Had the Spicy Chick Wrap - hot and spicy but messy: needed lots of napkins. But - very tasty! Came with fries but, sadly, they're frozen oven fries. Home made fries would make this restaurant exceptional! Prices are good... More

As "Two Chefs", I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life -- an expensive, rubbery, bland, undercooked pasta dish. As the newly-minted "Dan's Family Diner", I had a quite tasty stirfry dish. The third visit will be the rubber match.

My husband and I went for the BOGO fish and chips offer. Sounds like a deal we thought. I had a choice of battered or breaded fish, I went for the batter. The haddock was pre coated in batter and so dense it was disgusting. Also the coating had a taste of something from the fryer. I told the waitress... More

This restaurant has just changed ownership). The name was changed to Danny's Family Diner. Danny Wile was part of the former restaurant management. Danny is well known in the area for being an excellent chef. The waitresses have been there for some time and provided good service as well. I will have to stop in for lunch soon.

I was very disappointed with my last visit to Two Chefs. Seems there are new owners now and some of the staff are family members. The atmosphere was more of 'the family diner down the street'. It seemed like it was our waitress's first day on the job. She was not familiar with the restaurant's wines and had to ask... More

Our family, ranging in ages from 15 to 91, enjoyed a wonderful Sunday evening meal to celebrate two birthdays. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The roast turkey buffet was a real treat of home cooked goodness. There were cold salads and hot veggies, with the usual turkey dinner fixin's, as well as soup, fresh biscuits and desserts if... My wife and I were on a weekend drive to the South Shore and stopped at Two Chefs for lunch. We both ordered fish and chips and shared an order of onion rings. The onion rings were so over cooked that they looked like badly burnt toast. The cooking process had successfully removed any hint of onion from the order.... More

My husband and I had lobster sandwiches with salad here last week. The sandwiches were good and the salads were large and fresh. Great value, as our sandwich and salad plates were only $10.99 each! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely eat here again.

This restaurant is a cozy place to dine, very clean, great service and reasonable priced. It was a gang of us celebrating our friends birthday and we all enjoyed our meals. Would recommend to others. They also serve Buffett for those who wish to have it. Different menu daily.
