A friend recommended this place to us and I read so many great reviews about this pub that I talked 3 other couples into taking a ride to The Thornbury area with the intent of having dinner there.. I made reservations for dinner. We ended up arriving early in Thornbury and explained to the hostess that we decided to have... More

the Chocolate Pate should have a licence from Health Canada because it could become highly addictive. :) Great food, music, and well worth the visit.

Last night was our first visit to The Dam Pub and we will definitely be back - a get together with adult family who we don't have the opportunity to see regularly - our experience here was absolutely fantastic in every way - the casual atmosphere was delightful - relaxed and not the same old same old - we tried... Just visited the dam pub, the food was amazing (fish and chips, and the chocolate pate for dessert). My family had a great time and the wait staff was wonderful! There was live music when we visited and it really helped add to the atmosphere. All in all, it was a wonderful night, and I would definitely visit again and... More

Ate here with friends last night on an impromptu outing. Best burger I've had in a long time! Super simple and straightforward and great flavour. Everyone was happy with their food (others had a buger and vegetable curry). Service was friendly, loved the cozy atmosphere and the beautiful bar! We wanted to sit on the patio because it was so... My family and I come up to Blue Mountain, usually, one weekend a month...skiing in the winter, biking in the other seasons. We've enjoyed many good meals in the area, but I have to tell you that The Pub was different...we were welcomed with open arms and treated like old friends. We typically prefer to sit at the bar when... More
