The best place to meet friends at Paraparaumu Beach shops is here with the view of Kapiti Island through large windows. The food is incidental to the location. Nice to have a glass of wine. The service is ordinary. And the place gets very noisy when there are a few people because it is all hard surfaces. But nothing beats... More

The most amazing views, coffee great, food selection very good. We had friendly helpful staff. It can be a bit noisy when busy. All in all a great place to visit.

We had a nice lunch and great to see a good selection for gluten free options. The Cajun chicken burger at about $22 was a little steep. Kids loved the wedges. All in all pretty good.

There is something wrong with the acoustics in this cafe, and it seems noisy and echoey when it is busy, when it often is. Have had some good service at times, but on our last visit walked out without breakfast as they messed us around so often. Never been back.

We were in the vicinity and it looked inviting, just set up a bit off the footpath and road, easy parking and pleasant looking. It was a bit windy so we decided on an inside table and chose one near the Christmas Tree. They were very busy so we didnt expect to be served immediately but they bought over the... More

Went here as a party of 3 for a Saturday lunch around 1pm. Service was extremely slow even though there were only two-three other tables seated at the time. One table arrived after us and seemed to get preferential treatment (multiple checks on drinks, food served before ours)... Would have been four stars if not for the service as the... More

This review of the pleasant-looking cafe called 180 Degrees at Paraparaumu Beach will have to be short. No choice, really. We went in for lunch about 2.25pm on a Saturday - the sign did say "Open" - but lunch was over. Only just, mind. We know that because after we sat down and nothing happened, I went to the counter...
