Stopped in for a drink while shopping in the area. After a cocktail, which were reasonably price and tasty, we decided to stay for a bite. The meal was delicious, the service was attentive and friendly. Busy atmosphere due to the location, but well worth a stop. Great people watching spot also since you can sit facing the street.

We have driven past this numerous time during our stay in St Bart's. Today while on a short shopping junket in St.Jean, we popped in for lunch. Great hip local vibe. Loved seeing all walks having lunch. Local construction guys, business men and tourists alike. Tasty food. Fresh Tuna carpaccio and risotto with scallops were excellent! Sit back and relax... More

Such a good hamburger for a great price! I chose chevre (goat cheese) as an extra on the burger, and together with the great meat it was perfect.

Le Piment is located right over a steep hill from Salines or up past the rotary out of St. Jean depending on where you're coming from. The open air restaurant has a hip vibe, good service and a nice fusion menu.

We regularly visit Le Piment when on St Barths and called in three times during our last stay. In particular this is where we watched the World Cup Final, and although the bar was heaving the staff managed to keep the drinks flowing for everyone. As the match went to extra time they had to get extra beer from storage... More

There is nothing exceptional about this place but everything works nicely. The burgers were good and the atmosphere was nice. Most of the other customers seemed to be local. The only complaint I have is about the location: it's next to busy road.

We have been coming here for 16 years. The newest owner has had it for about 8 years. Many changes during that time. We still love to come here for lunch of burgers, etc. It is always fun and full of people and during the World Cup has a huge screen tv televising the mid-day match. BUT, mostly locals know... More

We've visited and eaten at Le Piment every year for 10 years, and never got a substandard meal, but not this year. They used to have a chalk board with specials, we didn't see that this year and the customer count was low as well. Usually wall to wall people. Maybe we hit an off day, we'll be back.

We ordered two chikcken burgers. We expected to get chicken fillet, but got fried chicken stuffing. This was not good. We notified the staff but was told that it would be that way. We recomend you to order something else.
