This rest got a glowing review in a dining guide to Koh Samui. What we experienced could not have been further from the truth. The book is in the bin!. If you enjoy French food do yourself a favour and don't go. Such a waste of our time and money.

Amazing view on Chaweng bay, correct service, but tasteless food. the "duck confit" was very dry" and meat very tough. the is no effort on presentation and for the quality I think that prices are high. Go for the view, but have a drink only

We were worried looking at other reviews we wouldn't find this restaurant - if you're coming from north of Chaweng turn left just past the Anantara, from Chaweng right after Kandhaburi Resort. Follow the narrow road all the way to the end and you'll find the Cafe des Arts. It's worth finding. We were worried when the first 2 things... More

It took us a couple of attempts to find we were so glad we persevered. The setting is fantastic right on the waters edge, the food delicious while very reasonable and the staff as attentive as you could wish for.

We went to Cafe des Arts on our last lunchtime in Samui. It is located at the very, very top of Caweang Beach, close to the Anantara (Tree Tops restaurant), but in the back streets leading down t the beach, that you wouldn't venture into - if you weren't in the perfect safety of Samui. Has to rate as the... More

Great place to spend an afternoon. The food is good, service a bit slow and prices reasonable. Its a very beautiful location to just sit around and relax. On the edge of Chaweng beach (which is too loud), looking on to a small island. Very recommendable

I have eaten here twice on my holiday and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere. The staff are attentive but not invasive, the view is unbeatable, the food is mouthwatering, it is an evening that does not break the bank and the loo is very clean too! Oh and the wine is very reasonable... More

I am sorry this review is in English but I don’t speak French! This is one amazing restaurant. We are staying in Maenam but decided to go here after reading about it in an old copy of the local paper. If you are after really nice French food then this is your place. The view is about as good as... More

First i have to say the view is probably one of the best in samui, i will recommend it for a drink. Now regarding the food, I order a beef steak rare came out an overcook peace of meat which might be beef or buffalo.. the blue cheese sauce, well i'm still looking for the cheese.. My friend had a...
