We were driving to Rome and realized by the time we would get there it would be too late for lunch, so we stopped 1 hour south of Rome at this lovely family restaurant. We had a serving of buffalo mozzarella,bruschetta and prosciutto as an appetizer followed by the three Roman staples of pasta...amitricana,carbonara and cacio e pepe(cheeses and pepper)...all... More
