Ordered the goat curry because it was one of the few gluten & dairy free items on the menu. 10 minutes later we were advised it was no longer available so other options were requested but table and kitchen staff weren't familiar enough with their menu items to know if these contained wheat or dairy. A steak sandwich (on gluten... More

And if there was a wholemeal cafe in Nelson i would be there most days. The first time i was early and had the salad selection and it was very, very good. Staff were friendly. On the second visit the cabinet was a little bare, however they had been busy, and I for one of the pizzas, also delicious and... More

After reading reviews I thought this was a must visit. I had a pinwheel with bacon, mushroom & cheese which was rather overcooked & dry. The ginger slices base was really dry & a waste of calories.

The all important coffee was nearly at Wellington standard (so close, they made it just a little too hot). But the muffins and cakes were delicious which more than made up for the coffee.

Crowded, but good atmosphere, and big selection of food. Enjoyed the vegetarian pizza, expresso, and chocolate brownie with berries. And the detox smoothy. Prices are reasonable.

What a fabulous cafe, my husband and I were there a few days ago and both loved it. Excellent food, staff really friendly and the chef even told us a few ingredients that made our meal. Highly recommended it if you want healthy and really tasty food
