Good for: Families with children, Bar scene, Local cuisine, Outdoor seating
Dining options: Lunch, Dinner, Late Night
Description: we used this Breeze Bar situated right on the beach for lunch & dinner, the speciality was the whole lobster but we choose the fresh prawns with pleanty of trimmings. A lot of people use the Shack from the cruise boats at lunchtime then many local people hix in with the Marriot Hotel gests for dinner. Thursday nights are perticularly populary as they have a bonfire on the beach (no trouble with smoke as the wind is always off shore in high season) Friday & Saturday evening can be crowded and it is advised to book early on these days, Reasonable prices and good portions, book for a beach table if you want to hear yourself heard, Also does boat trips/ sport fishing, loverly sunsets if you get thier before 6pm.

We've been here many times over the years. I always have the lobster, nothing else. Lightly brushed with butter and grilled. Can't beat it. Getting more expensive now at $45 for large lobster serving but still cheaper than NYC.

It may not look like much from the outside, but it's always hopping and the food is really good. They have a bonfire midweek each week, music and the prices are very reasonable. Fun spot!

We were able to walk here from our hotel. We were happy to get away from the Marriott restaurants. The food was average but the view and fun atmosphere made up for it.

Not the best nor the worst of the Frigate Bay beach shacks. Service is uneven but food is OK. One big downer the Amazing, Blazing Fire man no longer performs. He is missed.

Arrived at the Shiggidy Shack to find Richard ready for business. He showed us how he makes a GREAT Passion Mojito! And GREAT it was!! After our sippy drinks at the bar, we enjoyed dinner at a table on the beach where the water was sooooo calm. The Conch, fish and shrimp were delish. Larger portions and prices are reasonable.... Having been to the Shack during our last trip, I was looking forward to going this time around. As we asked people about it, there seemed to be less enthusiasm about it. One of the locals told us it is not really the place to go on the strip anymore. We went there on a Friday night, and it was... More
