Just average compared to other beach shacks on the island

We visit St Kitts every year and make it a point to eat in a variety of places on the island. We eat at Jam Rock a few nights ago again this year and just cannot include it as one of our favorites on the island. For some reason we seem to be bothered by mosquitos here more than at... read more

Although we thought we were on the road to nowhere at night, we turned at the Shipwreck sign and found Jam Rock. Though it is just a little hut - the food was fantastic. We had the full Snapper fish both fried and grilled -- both excellent. And the rum punch with the touch of cinnamon was fantastic. Conch fritters... More

Came today for lunch on way to airport to drop off our son. Food was really good and it is clear the chef is a seasoned operator, with a very clean kitchen on display and the food cooked and garnished really well. Had the jerk chicken, their hot and spicy wings and our son had red snapper. There were flies... More

The service is slow, mosquitoes plentiful, but a nice and casual place to grab a bite. Quick taxi ride from the Marriott. The ginger garlic shrimp was definitely the best thing our group ordered. Excellent shrimp!

Our first choice of restaurants was closed for the evening... Our driver suggested Jam Rock and we totally enjoyed the evening.... Not fancy but tasty and great presentation.. You receive ample portions and their mango (. Non alcoholic) drink was a hit.... Get there early if you want to witness a beautiful sunset....

My husband and I visited Jam Rock in mid December while on a cruise stop. We had a taxi cab driver drop us off down the street at Carambolla Beach Club and suggested we walk down to the local beach bar for lunch. The walk was maybe 5 minutes down the beach. Wow what a suggestion! First off the building... More

This open air shack was a great find walking down the beach from carambola beach resort. Our only issue was the very slow service because we were only there for a few hours. We didn't want to miss the cruise ship. The food was greatn especially the fried grouper appetizer, bbq chicken, and rice and peas. If you like hot... More

I had a pasta dish that was very good. My pasta had a creamy sauce. The scenery was nice and the staff was friendly. It was a fun night at Jam Rock.
