My husband and I walked to the restaurant in Frigate Bay on a Sunday evening, when a lot of the restaurants are closed. We weren't sure what was open and what wasn't as we did not have reservations, although it's a small place and probably recommended in the height of the travel season (Oct to April). It's located across from... More

A must when staying on Frigate Bay. Unusually (for St Kitts) good service and excellent food. I recommend the pasta with olives and italian sausage.

Met with a warm greeting, and invited to pick a table of our choice. Freindly waitress took our  food and drinks orders promptly. My glass of chardonnay was probably the smallest measure I have ever had anywhere! Complimentary brussheta was bland, lacking in authentic Italian flavour such as basil garlic and olive oil. Prawn cocktail was bland, it lacked seasoning and... More

We were a little worried when we walked in and the restaurant was empty of customers. However the food and service was great!

Talking with fellow Marriott Vacation Club Owners at the Monday morning owners breakfast at the St Kitts Marriott, we mentioned our disappointing experience at La Cucina. They chuckled and told us to walk 10 minutes toward the traffic circle and try Ciao. So we did and were glad we had done so. When we took a table outside, the waitress... More

The food and service were excellent. We found the menu to offer a wonderful selection of food and the price on point.

Especially after all these high reviews. Complimentary bruschetta - nice touch but bread was stale, and didn't really smack of Italian bruschetta; the same with the bread basket - stale.Grillled vegetable platter was great. We have had so much great Caribbean lobster this week we thought why not try the spinach lobster ravioli and lobster ravioli with saffron sauce. Taste... More

We were at Ciao last week and it was okay. The food was good not great the service was really slow - and we are used to island time. After our plates were taken away it took 40 minutes to get our check. Our waitress seemed miffed I had not eaten much (I am recovering from surgery) and I think... More

We took a ten minute walk from the Marriott to reach Ciao restaurant. We were pleasantly greeted at the door and told to pick any table we would like to sit at. The restaurant was clean and charming and had a quaint ambiance. Our waitress was prompt to take our drink orders. Within minutes complimentary bruschetta was brought to our... More

Was so grateful to visit Ciao on our last night in St Kitts. Very good traditional Italian food done right. Very kind & warm service also. .. like being invited into their home for supper. It was love at the table!
