Good high standard of food. Good class of entertainment (Steve). Highly recommended. Terrific value for money food and drink. Good honest food! Maurice Burrows (Alf Gannet) Ho ho ho.

The food can seem incidental to the mad, smiling, acidic, wappish host with the most: Scots steve. The jokes, asides and quips roll off his tongue at ticker tape speed -- it's better than any starter. When you get to the food its simple. Chicken with chips or... Spicy chicken with chips. You can't go wrong. Fab chips. Amazing homemade... More

Chicken chips and salad nothing more, nothing less and plenty of it. At 80 euros for 8 including drinks this is a great value night out providing of course you like chicken and don't expect silver service!!!! Steve will tell you exactly what you are having so don't be offended its all part of the fun.

Great salad with four pieces of chicken, warm bread and superb homemade chips but the real star of the show is Steve - the owner. Great character and so helpful, it is laugh... More
