Unexpected fine dining in a cobbled oasis

Well this was unexpected much enjoyed! A fine dining experience in the cobbled back streets of Los Gigantes. A beautiful setting for this little gem in an oasis just behind the main streets. Visited twice in January 2015 and was blown away with the quality of food and service. We still talk about the food to this day. Fab atention to detail, homemade petit fours at the end, local wines, amazing flavours and all this done by one family run unit. Well done - we're back in November and have already spoken about reserving... More

tucked away it's not somewhere to go for the view, to be honest the food more than makes up for that. We didn't book so the tables outside were all booked up, this wasn't a problem for us as the ambience inside is modern clean and very comfortable. We went for the short menu and we weren't disappointed. As with... More

We had a lovely, romantic evening dining outside on the patio of El Rincon de Juan Carlos! Excellent service, secluded area, and incredible food. Would definitely recommend the short menu with a Canarian wine. Our waitresses were helpful in selecting local favorites and we would definitely go back. A must for any serious foodie!

There's plenty of good reasons this restaurant makes Trip Advisor #1 in Los Gigantes. We loved it. But beware ... when we entered the restaurant name in Google maps, it sent us to a location in Puerto de Santiago (next town over), which is about 4 miles away from where the restaurant really is (Pasaje de Jacaranda). Trip Advisor mapped... More

Seriously impressive food in a relaxed but efficient environment. My vegetarian sister commented that it was one of the best meals she's ever eaten.

If you need a break from much of the standard restaurant menus, then this is a must. This is in a different league with a small but excellent menu, amazing wine with good recommendations from the excellent wait staff. The decor is classy, the plates of food are crisp, clean and bursting with flavour. We couldn't decide which Albariño wine... More

We have eaten many times at this restaurant, and recently our experience was no different to each of our previous visits. Delightful menu and attentive staff, don't let the somewhat humble setting put you off. If you are open to trying new flavours or want a really well thought out dinner then you really must go. I had Iberian pork... More
