Return here each year and the food and service always exemplary and friendly. The sea bass in salt is delivered to your table for serving and the pyrotechnics are both impressive and entertaining. If your tastes are more to meat then the roast lamb is delicious and substantial. The avocado prawn starter is a highly recommended dish. You will find... More

Lovely place overlooking the marina. All the food was very fresh and the service was top class. It was empty when we went but it is well worth a visit if you want a special meal

Went to Macues with friends , the night before they suggested they would love to sample Lobster Thermidor, after a quick call to the restaurant to ask if this would be possible, there was no hesitation, Our meal as usual was superb, the John Dory pieces with homemade tartar sauce & homemade chips for my husband , my steak medallions... Very good seafood. Specialty fish baked in salt and served flaming at table. The seafood crepes are to die for. Very good steaks. Staff is attentive and friendly. I keep coming back

Excellent food in lovely setting. Pricey but if you are having a special night out it is worth it. Fish and meat on the menu. Genuine family run Spanish restaurant. Very good service and all the staff have been there for many years.

With an outstanding location on the first level overlooking the marina, this is the place to go for that 'Special' meal. We were there early and the place was quiet, so we got a table overlooking the marina, certainly an outstanding view. The menu is mainly fish and grills but better to my mind than an extensive menu done poorly.... More

Never a poor meal. The staff are charming and friendly. The fish is fresh and the wine very good. The best view in the port as well. Not cheap though but you pay for what you get. Always will go back.

We have visited Macques on a number of occasions over last three years and it never fails to impress. Located overlooking the marina in Duquesa, this restaurant while more expensive than some of its neighbours provides quality food well above the average. Seafood dishes in particular are exceptional with their salt baked fish a speciality worth trying. Staff are realy... More

My wife and I ate here twice on our holiday (she ate here 15 years ago and wanted to go back to see if it was still as good). She was not disappointed, we both loved every mouthful of food. The salt baked fish (we had Bream on 1st visit & Sea Bass on the 2nd) is a speciality which... More
