Having partaken of a boat trip from Puerto del Carmen to Puerto calero,we stopped for lunch at Amura Resuarante..I must say it looked a bit posh and we were not accordingly dressed so we thought we would sit outside.I believe the place had a Michelin star. Anyway a waiter arrived and we ordered lunch a tablecloth arrived with cutlery,. We... More

Looking forward to another fantastic meal at Amura, it has been 2 years since I was last in Lanzarote but from the outside it looked the same. My family and I arrived to find a large party in full swing, but at least 3/4 of the place empty. Not a challenge for this restaurant you would imagine. Wrong, we stood... More

Location is lovely and the menu looked enticing but while the food was nice it didn't stand out from the other meals we had on our trip. The most disappointing aspect was the frustratingly poor service. We had to ask repeatedly for a high chair for our daughter and it took about several attempts to get the bill and several... More

As you approach this restaurant the staff are standoffish, you get the feeling they are doing you a favour seating you. However once you're seated it changes and the staff we had were attentive and friendly. We enjoyed the meal and ambiance as noted in previous reviews lovely setting at the end of the harbour. The selections of wines to... More

So this is definitely not your average resort restaurant. It is in an enviable location in Puerto Calero and it looks stunning. The menu also looks great. When we arrived it was quite early and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. As it is a large restaurant it was a little strange to be seated at the... More

On our recent stay in Lanzarote we ate here twice and were not disappointed! Situated in the beautiful port of Puerto Calero it's a million miles ahead of the other bars along the strip, peaceful, stunning location and great food. On our first visit we had anchovies and tuna tartare to start,(a melon and ham pre starter courtesy of chef),... More

The food was brilliant of course. But if its going to be a Michelin star restaurant then the staff need to be impeccable. The staff were good but you kind of got the feeling they didn't appreciate your custom. That we were lucky to be there kind of thing. Otherwise very well priced and i would still recommend people to... More

A lovely restaurant serving delicious food. A bit more expensive than the ones side by side along the Marina but well worth it for a nice experience, well cooked and presented food. Certainly one to try.

This restaurant stands out from the rest,(it would look at home in Bermuda),and the food is excellent. The Beef Carpaccio was magnificent.Service could have been better considering there were only a few customers but it did not spoil the evening.
