I've been there with my wife two times and the experience has been very good. Restaurant is quite small and very nice, with an open terrace. menu is mediterranean with a clear italian footprint. We had both pasta and fresh fish, all excellent with the best ingredients and home made pasta (a plus). Service is attentive and really nice. Price... More

There are more and more Italian restaurants popping up in Formentera. Most of them without any flair and only targeted on the bug bucks. Not this one. Really nice setting, excellent food and very friendly service. Been there twice within 10 days and both times really happy! To be repeated! :-)

I went here last night for dinner and absolutely loved it. The staff could not have been nicer, the setting, with a countryside feel, was beautiful, and the food was fantastic. Everything felt light in a wonderful way, and the cigar desert was to die for (yes, broke the gluten free and sugar free vows in one fell swoop). I... More

We came here for a bachelorette (hen party) for dinner. It was so delicious and the servers and people were so friendly! Great overall experience, couldn't have asked for better. The seafood was fresh, well seasoned, well plated... everything was perfect. At the end of the night, they brought over liqueurs and bottles and let us pour our own shots.... More

We went to casanyta just yesterday, the restaurant was very busy, we had to wait 15 minutes before to sit, but as soon as we did Poldo the manager offer to us a great plate of pata negra, it was delicious, we order also the starter, it was resay in less then 10 minutes, that is very good if you... I staied in Formentera (Es Pujols) with my friends in the last july. One of the better fish restaurants that we enjoied during that holyday was certainly the Casanita Cantina Y Pescado, at the entrance of the town. Service is very good and food excellent.

Yes, finally an English review. What's the fuss about? It's about the food. The place is cool, could do with a view but the deco and ambience make up for it. We went in late September and the head waiter (possibly owner?) was still passionate about the specials. After some solid thinking, we shared a special appetiser and then shared... More
