This is our favourite place to eat at the end of day on the beach. Set overlooking St Tomas you can watch the sun go down while enjoying reasonably priced food. We usually have an omlette with a huge salad & chips for around 8€ but there is plenty of other choice. Service is laid back & friendly.

Liked the food good choice of menu although very quiet not a lot of people in the restaurant and it is a huge restaurant so bit cold tho in high season would imagine it gets very busy I didn't like the fact that it's at the end of the resort that said good food

Had the set menu at 11.50 euros and this was excellent and great value. The staff were helpful and friendly and the almond tart was to die for!

Called here around 11-30 and fancied a toastie. They said they did'nt start food till 12-30 but would do a snack. We ordered a toastie and it was great to see a proper one, ( they must have had a Breville ). Anywhere else they make the toast and put the filling in before serving it to you.Not here a... More

We had a lovely meal here. I had the typical Menorcan baked fish and it was delicious, with lovely sliced potatoes, tomato based sauce, absolutely delicious. My husband had the pork which was beautifully cooked and tender. A very good restaurant in our opinion.

My husband and I married in 1987 and spent our honeymoon in Cala Galdana and we discovered a little restaurant called Es Barranc which had not long been open. 27 years later we are still returning to this fantastic restaurant. Eduardo and Maria make sure your every need is catered for. Antonio the Head Chef produces what I can only... More

The service at this restaurant was fantastic, all the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. They had a full al a carte menu, and a three course set price menu which was very reasonable. We ate here twice during a seven night stay, and enjoyed both times very much. Wine list and food were excellent, definitely recommended if visiting Cala... More

I do hate giving this restaurant an average review but feel that I must as I left a bit disappointed without the desire to try it again. While we were in Menorca, a food festival was taking place on the island with selected restaurants chosen to represent Menorquin cuisine. There were three selected in Cala Galdana; Es Barranc, Olivia and... More
