If you can find a better set dinner menu for 16 Euro's in France you will be doing extremely well. The flavours and portions compared very favourably with an excellent meal we had last night costing 45 euro's at Ferme de la Huppe. If you are in the area give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Great place to eat. In the summer outside under a stunning 200 year old Mulberry tree. In the winter in nicely furnished cosy rooms. Friendly staff, good food, "starter" salads are main course size. "Cheap" set menu at €16.50 has good choice.

Delicious salad with goats cheese to start, then ravioli with truffles and mushrooms. And the best apple tart I've had for ages!

his restaurant is centrally located and the outside terrace has a good lively ambiance. there are many tables closely grouped which is fine but not very personable. staff were rushing around trying to keep up , and were mainly vacation students - sent out deliver. good local Rose is recommended , pretty standard food choices and quiet frankly can only... Treated friends to dinner here to thank them for their hospitality - it's one of their favourites. The food was very good indeed and the recent extension to the dining room (a kind of conservatory) a pleasant enough setting. Service was good and prompt. We will certainly be visiting again on a future visit although, having said that, there are... More

Tiny little room with a postage size bathroom. The car park is locked if you have a bike or car, the resturant was busy and on the expensive side. The room was clean but way too small to be a double. The bathroom was ridiculously small. Ok for a single night and centre of the town. Breakfast was Ok but... More

Don't be fooled by the slightly ugly main exterior of this building (at least in the photos). Several of us reserved this magical restaurant for 2 hours prior to a musical event in the nearby church, thinking that 2 hours was more than ample time to have a meal and get to the show. Half-way through the meal we realised... More

Nice village restaurant with a great terrace giving enough shade. Friendly staff and excellent food for a super light bill.

We dined at Le Provencal during our honeymoon and are so pleased we did. The provencal menu is packed with delicious dishes. Between us we tried the escargots, vegetable soup, sting ray, rabbit, duck, creme brulee and chocolate mousse. Every single dish was DELICIOUS! the waitresses were friendly and the restaurant was packed with locals, which is always a good... More

Pleasant mid range, village restaurant in the largest of Aups hotels. On a May Monday evening, there's not much culinary choice in a town like Aups and we did well with this last minute find. The waitress made the evening with her charming service and clear desire to do anything to help. Aups being the truffle centre of Provence, there... More
