Big tasty portions and good value when coupled with the mid week offer of a free starter very nice will be back
I was there with my Mother, Daughter and granddaughters. It was busy but did not justify the lengthy wait we had between courses. The waitress said the order for the main meal had been lost so we had to order again. I can't fault the food - mine was particularly pleasant if not very hot but the staff seemed to... More
The Inn on the Loch is somewhere we my wife and daughters pop into on a regular basis when down for a walk at the Loch. Why am I never invited? Lol. Well that's something I'll to address. When we have been there it has been a pleasant experience and the perfect way to top off a brisk walk around... More
We had a meal at the Inn On The Loch with a group of 12 family and friends and everyone had a great meal. The restaurant has a huge menu with something for everyones taste, and all our group enjoyed their chosen dishes. The service was good and the setting was lovely. An excellent venue for a family meal out.

Soup of the day is usually something bland and boring (carrot and coriander or mushroom) but today it was a piping hot bowl... More
The service was very good and professional. However the food, although passable, was lacking in flavour; the chicken did not look attractive and the gravy was tasteless. The vegetables, carrots were al dente and very good. The view of the loch added to the overall experience.
Passed by here on Sunday and decided to give it a try. Was very busy, but we managed to get a nice table with a lovely view of the loch. We all had sunday lunch menu, must say, was real value for money, lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff. Will be returning again soon.
Really good food at sensible prices, staff friendly, only gripe would be the choice of j2o's why is it that there are various flavours in the j2o's but only orange & mango flavours are the only ones that are sold!
.....when you've been for a walk around the loch, but beware! 2teas and 2small cakes (1of them was an Empire biscuit) over £6!! Not worth the money I'm afraid. Very clean and comfortable, staff pleasant enough.
We called in on a Friday teatime (6pm) and, although we hadn't booked, the young man found us a table. Once we were settled he brought our menus and took our drinks order. The restaurant wasn't packed but quite a few of the tables were taken and there were a couple of large groups there, regardless, our drinks arrived promptly... More
