Interesting And Different

The food was local and it just kept coming. It was tasty and interesting and apparently typical of what people eat. The place is an old farm house and you sit on wooden stools and wooden tables and apparently like most nights the place was full. For 35 Euro the value was excellent which included a... read more

Came here on a Saturday evening, we booked and they also arranged the taxi which was just 12euro round trip, this was a nice touch. It's good value for money and there is enough food, wine was good and we managed 2 bottles 😃, the myrco was good as well! Quality of the food was ok, stand out part was... More

I'd done by research before our sardinia trip, I knew it would be good to visit an Agriturismo, never did I think it would be as lovely as our evening here. We were recommended this place by our hotel. I've read in an older review that there wasn't enough food, well we had more than we could eat. It never... More

We came with family who live nearby. La Colti came highly recommended and, except for a dull and damp ravioli, the food was great. Excellent hot & cold antipasti with bread and 'whispering bread', delicate chickpea soup, tasty and crisp-skinned suckling pig and perfect local puddings, all washed down with red wine, and myrto, (and no headache the next day!).... Interesting but the food is a bit of a let down. Very good antipasti, poor ravioli and a lot of pork, some of which was very good. Not cheap at €35 each but it does include their wine and still water. There is no menu and the danger is that one eats too much of the antipasti as they were... More

The farmhouse is located in a beautiful area right on the hill. The place has a local Italian flavour- wooden tables outdoors in the courtyard, grapes growing and tomatoes and paprika in the pots. You actually don't know the menu, the staff starts bringing the dishes one by one explaining what are the ingredients. You have the bottle of local table wine that... We arrived to the La Colti Agriturismo after reading good reviews on tripadviser. I can truly say that it was one of the best meals I ever had. Based on the tradition of Sardegna of Agriturismo, there is no menu to choose from. After arrival you are seated in your table, possibly sharing one table with others, and dinner starts... More

Situated in a old barn, the location is really outstanding and has a real Italian feel. They serve only one menu, which is of good quality, but not excellent (including the wine). The staff speaks very little English, so we had to guess on what food we where served, but that was not a problem. For us the only downside... More

Love these type of places, no menu but the moment you arrive the juices are flowing in anticipation of the main event - the roast suckling pig. Preceding that we're a number of very tasty dishes ranging from straight forward risotto to lentil soup. The pig was stunningly nice too. Wine was also homemade and can't think of a better... More

We wanted a change from the, largely, seafood dominated cuisine of the restaurants in Cannigione and were advised to visit La Colti. It's a short drive from the centre, based on a farm where they source a lot of their produce from. There is no menu - they just bring you a number of plates in succession such as cured... More
