What a great find! Have been coming to CuisinArt for years and were very pleasantly surprised to find the jewel of a restaurant this trip. Food and service were outstanding...my spicy tuna roll was the best I have ever had...they are able to use local snapper, tuna, and other local ingredients to present a wonderful menu. Service was outstanding...great selections...highly... More

My husband and I had a fabulous meal at Tokyo Bay, located in the CuisinArt Resort. We tried lots of things, from the cucumber salad to the grilled eggplant with baby shrimp and sweet ponzu sauce (my favorite!), to the whole fish. We chose to not eat sushi, as we really wanted to try cooked dishes from the chef. The... More

I never thought I would bother with Japanese food in the Caribbean but after several heavy meals on Anguilla, Tokyo Bay was a pleasant surprise. There are many excellent options but the restaurant wisely makes use of local seafood such as lobster and snapper for the sushi rolls and side dishes. The restaurant is located on the top floor of... I love Asian food and get it alot of it where I live. So it was a pleasant surprise to be able to go to a Japanese restaurant. Tokyo Bay is more pan-Asian than strictly Japanese. We had the sharing dishes and the sashimi rolls. The sharing plates were amazing (snapper, crab dynamite and pineapple fried rice were particulary good.... More

Tokyo Bay is an exceptional restaurant located in the Cuisinart Resort. The restaurant was busy so I was happy we had a reservation. We enjoyed the sushi, duck dumplings (WOW) and seabass. The chocolate sushi dessert was also delicious. Service was attentive, courteous (polite which I always appreciate) and food was delivered timely. The atmosphere and decor is fun and... More

The atmosphere & interior are nice, but the sushi is horrible ! No taste in the rolls, very boring. You may want to go for the japanese steak or chicken items but do not go expecting sushi.

with this Japanese restaurant, the island has a culinary choice for all tastes. California Tuna roll is fantastic.

We were excited to discover that a sparkling new sushi/sashimi restaurant had opened on the island, as we'd enjoyed individual sashimi or crudo dishes and ceviche at other restaurants on Anguilla. Tokyo Bay is located on the third floor of the resort spa and immediately seemed out of place on the island. We particularly love the island breezes and wonderful... More

We went for dinner, tried the lobster teppanyaki and it was ok. My wife had some delicous fish though. A little pricey for what you get.
