Can't wait to go back…..

Delicious food, great atmosphere and one of our favorite meals on the island. We couldn't have ended our vacation any better! The owner is friendly and takes his time to explain his dishes. Jacques introduced fine dining here 20+ years ago at Malliouhana and now has had his own place since Malliouhana closed for a few years (and now re-opened, see our review for the hotel). Excellent fresh and local food with his French-inspired twist. Excellent, reasonably priced French wines, especially the Rose. Spectacular beachside location, and if Jacques is in a bad... More

Having experienced Malliouhana with Jacques and Alain for 17 Years--Eating there .....every meal---I called Jacala to ask when they closed--because if they were closed we were not coming---Experienced Culinary excellence from everyone--Lunch and Dinner---This is the Best Restaurant in the Caribbean, as well as Central America, as Roatan is truly wonderful, but not anything as good as Jacala! Nobody works... More

We had a great experience at Jacala. The food and drinks were amazing. We stayed at Viceroy and it was about a 10-15 minute walk down the beach. Our reservation was at 7:00pm so we were able to watch the sunset while walking and also from our table. The owner was walking around taking orders, showing us the daily caught... More

We had a wonderful table right on the beach. The lighting on the beach at night was beautiful. We had a delicious chilled cucumber soup with a spicy tomato sorbet, fresh crayfish, lobster with spinach in puff pastry special. It was one of our favorite meals on the island. Great service.

We had made a reservation which was just as well since there was only 1 table left when we arrived. We were seated promptly, give the menus and asked what our preference for water would be. After that, we were left for 20 minutes without being asked if we'd like a drink. The owner or maitre 'd seemed to be... More

This was our second time eating lunch at Jacala. Food is amazing. NY Quality. Beautiful location right on Meads Bay. Steps away from the water. The food is gourmet quality. It wont disappoint.

What a gem! We enjoyed a delicious beachfront lunch at Jacala. Ordered two of the best salads we'd ever had. Fantastic rose. finishing off your meal with the cafe gourmand dessert (best creme brulee I've ever had) is a MUST! The chef came out and greeted us, the owner is very friendly. A must visit on Meads Bay!!

Jacala is an institution on Anguilla. Beautiful selling on the beach that attracts all the beautiful people. Food is expensive but not out of line with other expensive restaurants on the island. Sit as close to the front as possible to try and catch some of the sea breezes.
