We booked here for a Sunday tea after hearing about it from friends. We weren't overwhelmed with the service and had to wait 15 minutes before we placed our order. I was slightly disappointed to be told we couldn't replace the tea for my daughter in our afternoon tea with a soft drink without paying the full soft drink price... More

I visited with my daughter and an older friend. We love the atmosphere and how sweet it is. The decor is cosy and clean. The staff are extremely attentive with high standards and very friendly. The menu is nice although no soup today which was a shame as two of us wanted it. We ordered and there was a long... More

Want to try this tearoom for awhile and it is not disappointed! It is a lovely traditional english tearoom, with pretty teapots and teacups decoration on the wall. Not only the decoration is lovely, its food is good as well. We've tried homemade scone and prawn sandwiches, both are very tasty. Staff are very friendly although they are very busy.

Recommended by a family member I visited with my sister and her daughter in law to be from Sweden, who wanted to have an english afternoon tea. Wasn't sure it looked enough when first served but couldn't actually eat all the cake, had plenty of tea and the service was fantastic and very friendly, actually recognised the lady serving from... On Saturday 19th July we took our Uncle Bill to the Chocolate Teapot to celebrate his 90th birthday. We decided to have the Chocolate Teapot afternoon tea. There was a very good choice of sandwiches, homemade cakes and yummy scones with jam & cream and a huge pot of tea. The tea room is beautifully decorated and has a lovely... More

Had breakfast with the girlfriend. The waitress was really friendly and sat us in the sun outside. Service from there was perfect and food was good! Served in cute teapots! Am going to make this a frequent stop :)

I arrived at Esher station on a Sunday with a half-hour wait and man in the ticket office recommended it for a cup of tea. I was one of the first customers of the day and the staff were lovely and quick. My sister bought a piece of cake to take away and after our visit to Sandown Park we... More

I read the reviews here and decided to give it a try. We enjoyed our visit but wouldn't go crazy about it. Inside is simple and nicely decorated, lovely garden but it's under the railway, garden chairs are not very comfortable though. I had the Full English, fiancé had the chicken sandwich. Food was simple and ok, the friendly service... More
