We had a wonderful evening at L'Aragosta. After searching for a nice restaurant and driving by some of the other restaurants in Costa Rei, we were very pleased to find such a lovely spot with a huge terrace. Our dinner was delicious, the food also looks beautiful and home made. The service was very friendly and professional. We can definitely... More

We stayed at an all inclusive village but went to Aragosta more than once for the excellent service and great food. Max offers both italian seafood as well as some of the more traditional Swiss / German recipes (like Schnitzel); all of which were better than could be found in local restaurants or the hotels. The wait staff was extremely... More

I liked the excellent and very professional way of honouring every guest by the owner Max and his very friendly staff. Special thanks to Christiano for his wonderful tips regarding beautiful places to see... and last but not least special thanks to Max´ wife and son for preparing food in this excellent way - never ate fish and homemade lasagne... Visited this restaurant on our last night in Costa Rei. We didn't have a reservation and when we first arrived the restaurant was very busy and there were no tables. So the waitress pointed us to a seating area to wait along with another couple. I was a little worried we'd have to wait a long time but I needn't... More

We had dinner here several times, sometimes with our children and sometimes just as a couple. Max and his staff are very friendly, yet professional. The food was excellent, both meat and fish. Our top favourate was the cooked dorate, but we also enjoyed the aragosta, coquilles with brandy, sirloin steak and pasta's. There is a good selection of wonderful... More

This restaurant, which is actually in Costa Rei, we found to be a charming and pleasant place to eat, with good service and very good seafood. There is a very large open air terrace of close packed tables, surrounded by hedging, and quite private from the road. The restaurant was packed when we arrived but the owner, who is always... More

This place has a great selection of seafood - swordfish, tuna steaks, prawns, lobster. We shared a lobster spaghetti between two and had a main each of grilled fish. Sitting outdoors under the stars in a private garden restaurant is quite a romantic setting. Much of Costa Rei has lower than average food for Sardinia, due to the number of... More

L'Aragosta is an elegant, romantic restaurant offering antipasti delights and gourmet dishes, such linguine all'aragosta wich is just a choiche from an interesting menu. Wine buff will be spoilt for choiche. We advice it not only for its excellent food, but also for its charme. Moderatly priced for Sardinia Andy

We were on holiday in the region with friends who had all eaten at L'Aragost previously and recommended we went there as a group last week - and they were right, it is an outstanding restaurant. We were six adults, four kids and two babies (!), but they accommodated us with ease, with high chairs readily available on the terrace.... More
