Ristorante Mirage was recommended to us by our B&B in Cagliari. We were not disappointed! We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed attentive service. We had fresh local grilled fish and a pasta (looked like larvae) with pork ragu. Excellent! And a bit on the spendy side, but worth it. Recommended!

We stayed at Chia resort and we're told to go by one of the staff! Fantastic service (Omar even picked us up and dropped us off), great food (seafood is lovely) with a great ambience. Very baby friendly and child orientated.

This is not only a pizza place but we wanted pizza for dinner this day. Had Pizza Sarda and Diavola. Big portion and tasty. As antipasti we had a seafood "salad", Spada messine. Also tasty and good. Recommend this. The restaurant was full this night but they managed to give us at table near the kitchen. You can watch fish... More

sardinia is an amazing island, beautiful and serene (at least in the south). food, i have to admit it is not a strong point. this restaurant is surprisingly amazing, i highly advise anyone in the chia area to go there and experience their "crudo misto" (raw fish) which includes: sword fish, tuna, shrimp. absolutely to die for. any dish is... visited several times while on Honeymoon and it was a very relaxed, chilled out restaurant with some great wine & fresh fish dishes. Really enjoyed the mixed seafood starters & for mains the Lobster & also mixed seafood pastas. They wheeled a HUGE tuna around the restaurant that had just been brought in. Oh and the savoury ravioli dessert!!!amazing!! :)... More

We ate here twice during our four days in Chia rather than our hotel prix fixe and loved it. Simple and delicious food. Don't expect things to happen quickly. You're in Italy, relax. NOTE: where marked on the menu (lobster, some fish) your price is per 100grams. Our waiter quickly pointed this out to us even though we had a... More

We stopped here for lunch, two years ago at Easter, with Sardinian friends; it was really good, so we tried again in October of this year (without the friends), and the experience was just as positive. It seems we bracketed their season: the Mirage opens only from Easter to Tuttisanti. The food is reliable, fresh, varied (our 13-year-old son went... More

I was served the worst food I've ever tried to eat. We ordered mussels in white wine and parsely to start, the mussels were small and the liquid over salted. I ordered grilled calamari, once I has been informed that if I ordered the local lobster it would cost me 70E because they charge by the 100 gramme, this is... More

We very much enjoyed our meal at the Mirage restaurant. We had the lobster, it was a bit expensive but delicious. Read your menu carefully before you order, some dishes are priced by the weight! The members of staff were friendly and happy to explain the dishes. It is a very popular restaurant so make sure you book a table,... More
