This is a place using all wooden table and seat, just like back to nature, perhaps the foods is rather delicious and great !! Especially must try the curry flower crab, kengsom fish, otak otak, and the tomyam.

The way is not easy to find if you are not familiar with the sungai petani. The food taste quite ok and not too expensive as we paid RM158 for seven dishes and three jug of juice for eight person. The scene here is very beautiful and you can take some special photoes here.It is suitable for the person who... More

All the reviews are right on. Hard to find, a taxi should know the way, unreal ambiance and great food. If you're an English speaker, I hope you have a local friend. The staff worked with us until our Malaysian speaking friend showed up. Then it was smooth sailing. Menus would have been nice. One thing I must have missed... More

This beautiful garden restaurant is located quite deep and secluded in the housing areas of Sungai Petani. It would be difficult to find it if you're not a local. Moreover, the food is abit pricey for its small portion, but it does taste quite good. It is a good occasional treat for uni students who are based in SP!

This is a place to go if you have not decided whether to dine or to have a walk in a park. This restaurant is inside a garden of water features and fishes swimming all around. It gives truly a unique dining experience, and worth the distant travel from Penang. I truly hope the operator of the restaurant will continue... More

The restaurant's name "Mae Salong" is adapted after a hill village north of Thailand, near to Chiang Rai. So naturally it is a Thai seafood restaurant. For first timer, it was rather hard to find the location of the restaurant because it is hidden in a village but most residents of Sungai Petani knew this restaurant. Those with GPS, the... More
