Convenient location, busy

I think the charm of this place is it's location, not so much it's food. Not that the food is bad, but its nothing to write about. Very average at best. The whitefish dinner, which I would expect to be delicious given its a fishing village, was fairly bland, served with frozen cooked vegetables... read more

the place was fairly busy but the serves were all over the place, noisy, and food so so. Veggie burger and a caesar chicken salad.

The upstairs patio called our name and we were very happy to sit on the edge watching the action on the street. I had the fish and chips which were very good, two nice pieces and very filling. My hubby had their burger and he really enjoyed it. We arrived just before lunch and the place filled up fast. Service... More

After spending the day hiking around Flower Pot Island off the coast of Tobermory, we just wanted a snack before heading back to the cottage. The Crows Nest was just at the dock when we got off the Jet Boat so it was handy. We decided to have a beer and some appetizers so ordered their Pub Basket Platter (or... More

7 adults were here for dinner. The restaurant was not busy but no one greeted us. Food here was fare. I had fish&chip, it was very good. The whitefish tasted fine, but it was dry.(We ordered 3orders of whitefish) Calamari, Onion Rings,Poutine Hotdog,Caesar salad,CK-salad was ok. What makes this place nice is the patio overlooking the harbour below. The service... More

We popped in here for an afternoon snack, attracted by what seemed like a bustling patio with an interesting view of a busy intersection. There are limited seats with a view, however, there is ample seating in both sun and shade which is nice. Service was good and quick, but the food is WAY overpriced for what you get. We... More

We stopped in for lunch about 1:45PM on a Monday afternoon. About 2/3 of the tables were filled, both inside and outside. A steady stream of people continued to arrive the whole time we were there. Busy place! There were families with children of all ages, couples from 20ish to 80ish, and assorted groups. We chose to eat inside. The... More

Great food and beer selection. Fast and friendly service even on Saturday night. Pretty cool band playing live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

Thought this looked like a great patio to have dinner....after the appetizer we decided to go somewhere else because the taste of gross freezer burn wouldn't leave our mouth. The server was very talented at purposefully ignoring the situation as she noticed only one bite was taken and only offered to possibly "pack up the leftovers" AFTER my credit card... More

The food here is average pub fare. What makes this place great is the patio overlooking the harbour below. We had a great time sitting there having a drink and wings watching the world go by. The staff were friendly and attentive.
