Food superb! Service spot on. Atmosphere spectacular! We saw a shark and several fish while dining at a table off the dock. The food was the most delicious as well as the creme brulee desserts! By far our favorite meal during our honeymoon at Moorea and Bora Bora. Highly suggest making reservations and visiting.

I found a hair in my food and it was disgusting. I definitely would have rather eaten horse manure. I do not want to go ever again.

This was our favorite restaurant we ate at on out trip. I had the shrimp curry which was excellent. Perfect atmosphere too. Not to be missed!

Had a wonderful meal here last night. The position, overlooking the lagoon of Bora Bora is first class, the wait staff very pleasant, the food the best we have had during our five days stay here. Shrimp curry was a spectacular success, visually and taste-wise, steak cooked to perfection, as was the mahi mahi. And the desserts a triumph. I... More

My husband and I went to St James for dinner last night and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food is. We ordered the Polynesian platter which gave you an array of tuna, each with it's own flavors. All were very good. In fact, I found the tuna here better than what I had at La Villa Mahana. We... The food was definitely okay, but my wife and I both felt the service was very slow, had to waive a waitress down for everything including simple items like bread and appetizers. The meal was not memorable in the slightest, after 3 weeks in FP. The ambience and presentation were the best part of the restaurant, (both excellent). I don't... More

The food is a great taste of local cuisine. It's very well presented too. Eating by the lagoon with the view on boats is fantastic. I recommend this place at lunchtime especially because they have a lunch menu for an excellent price.

Last night we ate at the Trip Advisor #2 ranked restaurant in Bora Bora, and it met every expectation. From the street, Saint James is almost frighteningly unimpressive, but, once inside, it's lovely. We had a waterfront table with a great view of Viatape to the South. The service was good, warm and friendly. The food was incredible. My wife... More

We read it was the #2 in Bora Bora, and would agree! My husband and I ate here on the 3rd night of our Honeymoon. We shared a tuna appetizer that had the tuna prepared in 3 different ways, and shared the shrimp with the jasmine rice which was delicious! Since we were sharing, we had room for dessert, and... We had our last dinner in Bora at St. James. We ate here 6 years ago for lunch and loved it. Our dinner this time was just good. I had a salad to begin, I cannot remember which one it was, but it was tasty. The lobster that I had for dinner however, was overcooked. I would expect better from... More
