Snack Matira is a great little restaurant for lunch while enjoying Matira beach. The location is on the northern part of Matira beach where there is good snorkeling and a nice little beach. The menu is pretty extensive and the items we had were all very good. The chicken in vegetables was delicious as was the tuna with fries. I... More

We stopped here for a quick lunch after reading the reviews, and I agree that their coconut milkshake is a must have! We had burgers, fries and milkshakes, the total was around $30 USD which was by far the cheapest meal we had on Bora Bora. The food came out within 10 minutes, and was a good deal based on... More

Stopped here for a quick lunch and ended up having some of the best poisson cru of our trip! Glad we stopped. Beautiful location, clean, quick, friendly, and rather inexpensive. Stop in if you can!

We stopped for a quick lunch, and I wanted to go for a swim/snorkel. We ordered a couple burgers, an omelette baguette and a milkshake. Unfortunately I should never have offered a taste of my coconut milkshake to the rest of the family. From the little that I had I feel I can say it was great. The service was... More

Yet another fantastic example of a Bora Bora Gem Snack Shack. Go here after hanging out on Matira Beach... grab some beers and a Mahi Mahi burger and chill with the local dogs while enjoying the GORGEOUS view. Friendly folks run this place... chat them up about Bora Bora...

I would eat here every day if it didn't close so early and I stayed closer. It has the best poisson cru on the island and the most deliciously fresh made desserts. Both the cream caramel and chocolate mousse were so good. Nice people too.

We visited Snack Matira on a couple of occasions. The burger was okay, but the croquet monsieur was delicious. Wait times were a little long, but it's island time. :) The staff was super friendly and nice; they even watched our stuff while we snorkeled for an hour!

This snack place is amazing. You are sitting on a porch just in front of a white beach. The service is fast, the quality is good and the price is so cheap. It's probably the cheapest place you can find in Bora Bora! And if you like a real espresso, you will be completely satisfied here!!! The owner was very... More

It is just the perfect spot for a drink overlooking the amazing Matira Beach. As a break from bike trip on probably the hottest and sunniest day of our week (hmpf, well done...) we enjoyed the shadowy place with this amazing sight. But the food served to the other guests looked all very american, burgers and fries and fried stuff.... More

We rented a scooter on Bora Bora for the day and rode around the island. After checking out the beautiful Matira Beach, we stopped here for lunch and a beer. It's an open air snack type restaurant. The food servings were large and the prices very reasonable by Bora Bora standards. We each ordered a Panini/sandwich - great baguette with... More
