Aloe cafe was recommend to us by the cruise ship with which we came to bora bora. We watched some world up games there (eg Germany va Brasilia) and we were really surprised from the fantastic quality and taste of the food offered (go for the local dishes). Unspectacular place with super service and honest pricing. Would recommend for lunch.

We loved the Aloe Cafe! We ate breakfast., Lunch and Dinner there many times during our trip. The food was always excellent - The shrimp skewer was wonderful! We enjoyed cappuccino, sorbet, maitai's (the best we had on the island), mahi sandwiches, and excellent bread. Overall, one of the best small cafes we have dined at!

The best restaurant in the downtown area ! great food and fun place. Once you take the ferry boat to the downtown , a small taxi ride gets you here in the city center.

We decided to have a mid-morning snacks and drinks after arriving at Vaitape for a day of sightseeing. The close proximity to the dock brings lots of tourist so be warned, it may get bit crowded at times. When we arrived it was pretty full with a mix of local people and tourists. The free wifi is a major pulling... More

Very cool cafe in Vaitape. Staff speaks limited English but the food was great. Fairly cheap as well. Would highly recommend!

Pretty good service. The food was basic burgers, panini's etc but very nice. Right in the centre of Vaitape so a good place to stop for a sit down lunch.

We had breakfast at Aloe - it was cheap and cheerful - the perfect way to start our island adventure.

If you're in Vaitape and you need a spot for lunch, I'd first walk to St. James. If that's too far, hit up Aloe Cafe for an affordable lunch of pretty solid food. I even saw some of our resort staff eating sandwiches here. We had the poisson cru and a coconut milkshake. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job... More

We came here twice on stopovers from our sailing yacht Wind Spirit. The crew recommended it as an Internet cafe. Both times we got sorbet and beer/wine while using the wifi service. The sorbet was quite good (I got mango, passion fruit and coconut). The waitresses seemed overworked and were not very friendly. There were some longish waits for service... More

Aloe Cafe is a great place to get an affordable meal in Bora Bora...and TRUST me, that's hard to do! It's a very casual little cafe in Vaitape. For us, it was very conveniently located right at the spot where our resort shuttle picked up and dropped off so we ate there a couple times.
