Because the food is made to order when ordered, it takes time, and there is no rush to get you in-and-out like most places. Not terrible just because the staff were kind and polite (aklthough not skilled). The food had so much garlic that it hurt your mouth and it took forever forthe food to come (50 minutes betweeen the salad that we couldn't eat due to the overabundance of raw garlic and dinner).
