Thissolace Is a hidden gem. Great food and the right portions. Very tasty. Service is fantastic. This is my first choice for a restaurant in St. Albert. Take out is also available.
Variety of unique menu items available. Must be adventurous to enjoy! English is a little lacking at times, depending on our server, but passable. We've often gotten take-out here as well.
With a out of town guest on a chily Friday evening decided to try something a bit different. Needless to say the excellent reviews for Thai Mekong were right on and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The room isn't huge but all tables were full when we arrived <had phoned earlier to reserve a table>. Our waiter was quite personable... More
The decor is very nice. The food was expensive for what you get, and too salty. The small portions left me hungry. Service was very courteous. Food wait time average, about 25 mins. But it was close to the hotel (next door) we stayed at.
My husband and I spent 3 lovely weeks in Thailand and fell in love with the food, among many other things. We were so very pleased to find authentic Thai food in our own backyard. The restaurant itself is located in a bit of a strip mall and doesn't look like much from the outside but the interior is charming,... More
Despite that the portions are small for what you pay, the quality of the food is excellent. Definitely good value for your money. The restaurant itself isn't large, but it's nicely decorated with an exotic Thai feel. The staff are friendly and efficient. All in all, a nice little gem in St. Albert and definitely worth trying if you like... More
I have been going to this restaurant for a couple of years now and it never disappoints! The owners are fantastic. I always feel welcome when I arrive. The food is very consistent and tasty. The portions are a bit on the smaller side, but who needs gigantic portions anyway! I would rather have smaller portions of great food than... More
This little place has to be sought out as it resides in an old strip mall beside a liquor store and hair salon. The atmosphere is quaint asian Thai/Loa with tight quarters. We tired from a long day .and dropped in one night near closing time Were treated like the first couple of the evening gracious service from start to... More
I love Thai food and have been to nearly all thai restaurants in Edmonton. Upon moving to St. Albert, I was excited to see that we had a Thai restaurant. I took my husband and mother on a weekday during the lunch rush. We were disappointed to see that they didn't have any lunch specials or menus, only one menu... More
