Fine for beach front, but pay in pesos

Took free bus into Progreso from the cruise terminal to go to the beach. After walking up and down the beach walk and being bombarded by everyone selling everything decided to stop here and have drinks and lunch. The atmosphere here is very nice and the service is quite good. Unfortunately the food is only mediocre.

We were on a business trip and our friend recommended this restaurant. We were seated so we could overlook the ocean and the crowds. We ordered drinks and they started bringing finger foods. As long as we ordered drinks, they brought finger foods. We ordered coconut shrimp. It was excellent. Good place to eat.

Atmosphere was fine. Open with a nice view. Food was average. We had the lime soup, pan de calzon and fettuccine Alfredo langosta. Waiter was nice. I'd move on for something better.

We love the breakfast prawn crepes! More than you can eat. The coffee is good and the meals come with fruit plates. Great value and service.

Food was less than warm, yet it was almost empty in the restaurant. Prices were average. Cleanliness was less than standard.

visited this place awhile back. It's right off the main port of call for cruise ships. The guys were super friendly. We enjoyed the food and margaritas a little too much! Though they did allow people to come in to your tables to sell you things. That was a bit frustrating.

Just had breakfast at this dump. With a French name and a menu in three languages we figured the food would be good. First the waiter obviously woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Surly and rude. We all ordered expresso. It either came out of a pot or was from a second go round. My French toast... More
