We loved this building, very authentic. The food was excellent, wine was very nice, service and atmosphere great, even in November!

We have been visiting the Larnaca area frequently for nearly three years and have found several good restaurants to eat the local food, Meze. The quality and price is vaiable, and not always in line. But our taxi bus driver, Mr. Karatzias told us that the best Meze in town is in Vorolkline, and we decided to test it out... More

Still a lovely sky/sea blue painted setting (as per the movie) in a lovely courtyard overlooked by a wooden balcony/ stairway with plenty of seating indoors and out. Never been here when it was full but still atmospheric when it is quiet. Smallish menu but every time we have eaten here the food has been excellent. This time I was... More

returning after an extended interval,I was pleased to be able to 'drop in' - it was Monday - with my pals and receive the full-on reception and top-notch food arrangements familiar to me from before. honestly, this setting is just marvellous - a courtyard, tall stone surrounds,a persistent cat and, emphatically, proper Cypriot dishes(meze especially) served promptly and ..substantially. The Keos are cold and... More

I've been going to Cyprus and the Larnaca area for several years and wouldn't miss a visit to this excellent restaurant. The mezi is everything you would expect it to be. Lots of authentic Greek Cypriot food - it just keeps on coming. Plus a fantastic atmosphere, helping along by the friendly and efficient staff. It's a bit out of... More

What a great find.We ate here on several evenings and enjoyed superb food in a lovely setting. The owner and his staff were warm and welcoming and gave us as much attention as the many local people who ate there.Highly recommended to visitors to Oriklini!

We took our friends to the Voreas for a meze night and were not disappointed. The restaurant itself is quaint and rustic and very popular with Cypriots. We could not fault the food at all and the service was quick. The Voreas is one of the few places that still offers a complimentary drink on the house at the end... More

Beware when you order the mezze, nice food but so many things that you may not be able to taste all of it!! Friendly and prompt service with seating available also on the roof top.

Beautiful environment, excellent food and presentation. The scenery is amazing, the tavern is located under the hill of Oroklini's village and in addition with the nice Greek music and the terrace makes it the ideal tavern!
