My mother received an email from her bonus card for a free meal for her 78th birthday. I reserved a table at lunchtime for 6 people. I printed off the voucher and took it with me. The staff and manager knew it was her birthday and spoke to her about it. The meal was satisfactory and my father who is... More

Friday tea time and total chaos. Staff unable to attend efficiently with customers demands. Food and drink ordering system chaotic. Serve yourself drinks machine sited in totally wrong area, people colliding, spilling driks and getting angry. Kids running everywhere and very noisy. Food? Probably the worst pub food we've eaten for a long time. Husbands fish and chips appalling. Fish... More

Sunday afternoon. It was heaving.Wall to wall families and KIDS. The Play Area (£2 per child !!) was full of kids having a great time,,,,,,,,and a few adults too. The staff were kept very busy but all kept smiling,in spite of the chaotic method of ordering and payment of bills. This was our first visit to the Brickworks, a family... More

The only downfall I have is the lack of certain items on the menu and sometimes its as simple as ordering a strawberry icecream then get told a while later that they've run out of... More

Turned up to enjoy the all you can eat / chef counter, we had decided to go there to celebrate five years together. Was told the buffet had run out and they had none left. This was only 7.30 or so and whilst I don't see how an all you can eat buffet can run out, surely you just keep... More

Visited the Old Brickworks mainly for a drinks and somewhere for the kids to be entertained for an hour. The actual building is pretty good and some areas of the bar quite cosy. We walked through the carvery (to get to the play area) and I noticed that even at 5pm the selection of meats was poor - only a... More
