Pretty good with nice service

We had a nice lunch at this pretty place. Not pretentious at all, simple good food. Nice salami and bruschetta platter to start with and two kinds of pasta: pici with ragù toscano and duck sauce. Iced coffee and ice cream to finish our meal. The lady that served us was very nice and kind, she had... read more

Having had lunch nearby and both declining dessert (we spend our lives trying to keep weight off), we arrived by the thermal baths in 30 degrees and decided that we had to have an ice cream. Very friendly service and our tiramisu ice cream (yum) and frozen yoghurt were brought out to us with drinks.

We went here on our last night and regretted not going on the other nights. Some of the other higher rated restaurants was actually a disappointment. Excellent service and food!! I would suggest going here first before the other restaurants.

Dined one evening in the outside restaurant which overlooks the thermal pool. Lovely romantic setting. Good food. Only negative was that the waitress was rather abrupt, but more in an efficient way than being bad at her job. Overall, I would recommend it to others.

Almost here was wonderful and the mozzarella was VERY fresh even for Tuscany. Breakfast on the terrace was stunning next to the shimmering water and the birds tweeting

This over-the-top, trying-too-hard and pricey restaurant was one of the disappointments of our trip. The staff seemed disorganized, disinterested and by turns snooty and obsequious. For a restaurant pretending to be classy, the service was truly dreadful. Once served, our salad condiments remained on the table for the duration of the 2+ hour meal. Ditto our prosecco glasses from the... More

Le Terme has it all. Wonderfull staff, excellent food and beautiful surroundings. They have wild boar in chocolatesaus (!), pasta with tartufo (my favourite) and they are more than willing to present the best choice of the day. You will not be dissappointed if you decide to eat a meal here. Also, try their local redwine, and start the meal... More

Went to this restaurant by default and maybe had one of the best steaks I have ever savored in my lifetime! Well presented and beautifully prepared. A wonderful meal from start to finish. The staff was overwhelmed but attentive.

Hand rolled traditional Pici pasta was delicious for the Primi Patti. For the Secondi, definitely go with the typical Bistecca Fiorentina -- a huge bone in steak that feeds at least 3 and comes with a floor "show" when they slice it for you.

this is situated in a beautiful hill top village, with only a handful of buildings but bustling with tourists because of the hot springs and Roman history. the food was average and the menu limited... the landlady is rather bristly lacking in simple politeness much required at a romantic dinner out!
