I asked around what her name was,,,,Tess??? VERY rude to the severs...almost as if she owned the place which is no excuse... Later found out they can't get other cooks or servers. Girls that work there think she is B and should be FIRED... If we ever come back and see here there...we WILL leave ...get rid of her ...... More

The old saying that people go to restaurants because they have a deep fryer isn't apt for The Queen's Bush. NO FRENCH FRIES served here does not put a dent in the dining experience as you will enjoy the best soups and wonderfully fresh sandwiches. And there is always great banter between you and the wait staff. Always a treat... More

My first two choices for dinner were closed on a midweek spring night, so I settled for the Queen's Bush. The server was friendly, and the free wifi was appreciated. The menu specifically says that everything is made from scratch, but unfortunately, that's not the case. I couldn't get information on the ingredients / base for the two daily soups... More

Stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. While it was described to us as a roadhouse, and it may very well be, the atmosphere and service were anything but. The staff was very attentive and answered all of our questions with a smile. The food was served in a timely manner without us feeling rushed. Portions were adequate without... More

I've eaten at the Queen's Bush on several different trips to Hanover. The food is well prepared and served in a timely fashion, by friendly servers. Great spot!

The waitress was very nice, but what I ordered was definitely disappointing - there was a special of half Anjihito wrap (or similar name - it's a kind of chili) with soup for 13$, but in the menu, just the wrap itself was 6 or 7 dollars, under 'wraps'. So I just got the wrap itself. unfortunately, it was basically... More

I love the warm inviting feeling of this Canadian bar & diner. The inside area is very comfortable with the usual Canadian paraphernalia decking the walls. Outside there is a paved area with plenty of comfortable chairs around the tables. You're right on the main street and as a lover of American muscle cars, I loved supping a cold beer... More

Not your typical "pub food" here as they offer much healthier choices. The portions are not too large yet they're very satisfying. We have a bed and breakfast in town and this is one of the places we recommend; we have always heard great reviews from our guests. We will be back.

This historically named establishment has a cozy atmosphere, a live band on weekends, and I enjoy their lighter menu which mostly has lighter fare. Their soups and wraps are excellent, and their staff are friendly. I would come here if I wanted to enjoy an after work meal with colleagues, or with friends. In the summers, their landscaping adds to... More

Last week we went into the pub around 10:00pm. The chairs were up, and when we walked in, we weren't sure if they were open or not. We ordered a quick beer, but we felt like an inconvenience to them so we then went to Crabby Joe's!
