I was staying here on business and to be honest, just wanted to be fed and watered! However the meal was a really pleasant surprise! Absolutely delicious and huge portion. I had clams, then spicy bean burger (with the most chunky chips i've ever seen!) unfortunately i couldn't fit in pud. The restaurant was empty which was a bit of... More

Hornsbury Mill kindly hosted our charity event for cancer, the venue is breath taking, Rachel, Jane and the staff are very welcoming and go above and beyond in their dutys. Clean, excellent service professional yet beautifully friendly. I would highly recommend this venue for tea, business, charity or weddings. I've seen them host it all. 5 star rating from me.

Stayed on business at this place, very quiet and a little secluded. The grounds are really lovely to walk around. I had fish and chips for dinner which was really nice, chunky chips and lovely thick piece of fish. The breakfast is superb, I had the full English with a half piece of fried bread, (I know not very healthy)... More

The very lovely Rachael Dunn kindly made our launch day at Hornsbury Mill absolutely great. She was amazing, from helping us design rooms having tables and chairs put in the most appropriate place to ensure ease of movement and the best capacity able. Nothing was too much trouble for thid lady, she helped us set up on the day, even... More

Visited for lunch and sat by the duck pond. The meal was well cooked and the waitresses were very friendly and attentive. There were no other customers so I can't say what it would be like when it is busy, but our experience was enjoyable - just look out for the peacocks pinching your bread rolls!

When our friends came to stay we decided to try this restaurant for dinner. The staff were very welcoming and the food was lovely though a little expensive.

A table for 4 carnivores. The food was rather good but kitchen ran out of gravy and sauces so instead of mopping up we had a rather dry end to the main course. Had to ask for a jug of water, condiments etc etc. No bread or rolls to go with soup starters so we asked what the side plates... More

We have just returned from an excellent high tea. We were going to enjoy it as our friends were treating us..but it was superb! The moment we arrived we were welco ed. The open sandwiches were delicious, a variety of toppings delicately served. The cakes and scones were wonderful, especially the éclairs! Then there was a raspberry and lemon possett!... More
