Pleasant walk at low tide - wear sensible shoes

I have a small painting of Ilot St Michel, done by a local artist. There is a natural causeway between the beach near les Hopitaux & the island, safe for an hour or so each side of low tide. The little church on the island is delightful with stained glass windows & an orientation table. Well worth... read more

I have been looking for a rustic restaurant, with great views and reasonably priced food for over 10 years in Brittany (22) that we could take friends and family to for and lazy lunches with great views of the sea 1 Le Petit Saint-Michel has the lot, moules frites €8.80, freshly made crepes and always a special of the day,... We were staying down the coast from this place which is off the beaten track but convenient for the fine beach nearby and the Ilot St Michel which is very picturesque. Charming staff it has to be said, but quite basic food. However at under 10 euros for moules frites, it is well priced. We hadn't booked on a Saturday... More

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Very relaxing and comfortable restaurant/bar not far from the beautiful beach. I tried for the first time Moules Frites here and they where delicious. Will come here again on out next trip.

We've been here a few times now and it's going from strength to strength. Everyone in our groups found something they liked, including vegetarians with limited tastes. The moules and crab got rave reviews and the galettes, crepes and frites are delicious. It worked out at about 15 euros a head, so really affordable. We sat outside on the enclosed... More

I would start by saying this isn't a fancy restaurant. It is open in the summer months and has beautiful views of the sea and Ilot StbMichel. They serve moules frites which are truly excellent and at a very small price, this year only 8.50. The oysters are the equal of any you can taste anywhere. It is also possible... More

Nice place, 8.50 for moules with GOOD frites is a bargain. However, try get a table in the outdoor patio to get a glimpse of the sea, indoor not too nice.

Found this when the new husband and wife team had just started. It's gone from strength to strength and now offers plat du jour as well as Moules Frites and of course Gallettes and crepes. Everything here is delicious and at a very good price. Beautiful spot which can't be beaten.

We have been coming here for a number of years, it changed hands about three years ago, they now cook smashing Moules and chips, we always bring our gust here and everyone goes for the Moules and say they are the best.
