Been to this place many times with my girlfriend, friends or business. It's the right place if you like old school food and if you are the kind of person that likes eating quality but quantity too. You will be surprised when you'll see the bill, very reasonable, you won't believe it! It's worth more than just a pop in... More

Pein assut I believe is the soul of altamura kitchen. You can taste there only courses with fresh and daily ingredients. Don't ask for the menu, just ask and have fun with the owners and theit assistants, they will help you out with the food!!! If you need a restaurant in Altamura this is the right place to go.

Great homemade local dishes at seriously low prices. Cosy atmosphere to catch up with old friends or relax after work with colleagues. House wine was reasonable served in a rustic jug. Service efficient and polite.

Without a doubt tourist should eat here to get a taste of the local almost home made cuisine. Right in the city center and very populair during lunch so make a reservation if possible. My personal favorite: carpaccio cotto!
