I cannot say enough good things about Cafe Sol. I've eaten at many Mexican restaurants in San Diego, New Mexico, Arizona and this one would be in my top 3 favorites! I was only in Barbados for a week and I ate there three times so that should tell you something! - Wonderful service and very friendly. Seems quite popular... More

My husband and I stayed in barbados for a week yet went to this restaurant twice for supper. Why go to a Mexican restaurant while in Barbados? It's good, it's very good! That's why. I had read previous reviews about this particular restaurant before going on our trip and some travelers had stated that the

Ate here many times and had cocktails on several occasions too! Huge portions, excellent authentic fajitas and delicious 2 for 1 cocktails. Lovely service, very well priced. Highly recommend!

We didn't book and should have done and had to sit outside no big deal in Barbados but not ideal perched on high seats. The manager was smashing but have to say the food was average. The rum was good though!

We had dinner here on a recent trip to Barbados. It is clearly a popular place as we had to book to get an outside table and it was very busy from early in the evening. happy Hour from 5 to 7pm. The food is of a very good quality. I had the chilli followed by fajitas - both very... More

Popped in and had a great view, people watching at lunchtime. Great location, but a little too expensive. Had the two for one beer offer and still worked out at 11 B$ so at the normal price nearly £4 a bottle plus service. Food also looked too much for what it was, but everyone is different

Not our first visit, and definitely not our last!! Great food, great service and great drinks. Really good value food and you never leave hungry. The staff are so friendly and helpful. One recommendation... Make sure you book ahead as there can be a lengthy wait for a table. We waited 40 minutes, but it was worth the wait.

We stopped in here for happy hour to enjoy some margaritas and appetizers. Ordered nachos, 2 for 1 margaritas and the meal was reasonably priced. The view is very nice, and we were able to watch the sunset. Nice atmosphere, not too crowded. Nachos and drinks were good, sunset was fabulous. Restaurant is located at the beginning of the Gap...
