If you are looking for a good paella but with a choice of something a bit different from the usual, try this restuarant. The terrace is set on the water with wildlife (ducks, etc) in front of you. The entrance of the restaurant has some paintings that remind you that you are in Sorrolla... read more

All my life I have enjoyed paella and I finally wanted to come to try it from a place where it originated from. It did not disappoint. I had the seafood paella and I felt like I went to heaven and came back. Fortunately the owner Salavdor was there and spoke to us for a while also so the experience... More

I have eaten in this restaurant so many times over the past 35 years I find it hard to find the superlatives necessary to describe this superb restaurant. Situated on a lagoon next to the sea the atmosphere is second to none. I first visited in the years of Salvadors father and then it was originally just a bar now... More

I went there with my father and enjoyed one of the best paellas I've ever had!! The food was awesome, the service was friendly but specially the place and atmosphere was remarkable. Truly Valencia and Mediterranean style. Totally worth it. I can't wait to go again.

I have come here every year for the last 3 years and for me this is in the top 3 Spanish restaurants and food experiences. It is something you would find in New Orleans on the Mississippi: a traditional restaurant with 3 generations dedicated to the art of cooking Valencian rice, which is second to none. Get the table reservation... More

I have had the pleasure of visiting Casa Salvador on two different occasions, and I have been thoroughly impressed. Both times the weather was good enough to sit outside, and both the dining area and the scenery are gorgeous. The restaurant is damn hard to find but don't give up; when you are about to you are almost there! And... More

We visited for the first time in about 3 years and weren't disappointed. We got a table on the terrace without reserving (it was a Monday I would recommend booking normally) and had a great zarzuela fish stew. A really beautiful sauce with hake, monkfish, prawns and crayfish. Tellinas and salad were very good too as was the service. Great... More

I have frequented this restaurant 4 or 5 times, the most recent on my last trip to Valencia, Spain. They specialize in Paella the tradicional rice dish of the Valencian region. The food is very good and the service is excellent. The outdoor seating overlooks a small river which empties into the Mediterranian sea some 100 yards away. The location... More

The restaurant is about 3 miles South of Cullera off the beach road down a cul-de-sac. The location, beside an estuary, is lovely. The terrace restaurant in good weather is lovely. The restaurant inside is very well furnished and has many interesting artefacts and paintings. Unfortunately the meal did not come up to expectations. My cod "fish cake" entrée was... More
