A wonderful evening and we will return. Make sure you reserve as very busy. The staff made us feel more than welcome and food was delicious.

My wife and I took my grandparents here to celebrate my Grandfathers 80th birthday and we were not disappointed. The food and service was exceptional and the maitre'd/owner made us feel very welcome with his cheeky humour. If I were ever in Altea Old Town again I would be in Oustau in an instant.

Make sure you are seated outside under the naya. Book it is busy. For ambience, good food , excellent service. This is an adult restaurant and well mannered older children, no screaming kids tolerated, no rowdy tables tolerated. Ideal for a romantic meal, friends. A LOVELY PLACE TO DINE. It is not cheap but it is not expensive. Excellent value,... More

We visited the restaurant in October on a Saturday night. We were late but phoned ahead & no problem. There were four of us, we all had starters, mains & sweets plus drinks, water, two bottles of wine & the price was around 40 euros each. You must book & people were still arriving at 10.45 pm. We were not... More

If your looking for a fabulous meal in a beautiful setting then this is the place to go. The food is sublime and this is coupled with excellent service. I have eaten here many times and never been disappointed.

My best and lovely restaurant in Altea. The food is high quality, in a perfect atmosphere. People are friendly, service is good! You can choose between great wines. The tartare from lobster and combined with advocado was really great! The beef cooked very well with an amazing strawberry sauce.

A bit more expensive than the other restaraunts in the area. If you fancy pizza, there are plenty of other places to choose from but for something a bit more up market try oustau. Had a lovely meal. I had the tuna tartare and steak, loved them both but no room for dessert. You'll probably need to book. Enjoy

A very good restaurant in an amazing typical lovely town... one of the better restaurants of altea and surroundings. Worthwile to go to but rather without children. Since all norwegian eat pretty early in the evening and apparently know what good food is, you better not arrive before 21 hours. But nevertheless, one of the better restos in town for... More

Amazing food and the gardens at the back are just lovely and it's great value . The most expensive things on the menu ( not done on purpose just what we fancied ) plus a jug of sangria all for less than 75 euros . It's the best food ever the fillet steak in a love story wit strawberry sause... More
